Yeringberg 2018 Shiraz (Yarra Valley)

For Yeringberg, one of the Yarra Valley's founding wineries, 2018 has proven a stellar vintage. This Shiraz could cellar nicely for several years but is drinking beautifully right now. There's high-toned black and red-berry fruit, licorice, baking spice and a citrus dusting polish note. It has a crunch of acidity and a juicy purity of fruit. The tannins are uniquely textured and savory. Christina Pickard
