Eric Ogorsolka's two-plus decades of blending experience show strongly in this bottling of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Syrah and 25% Zinfandel. Cassis-like fruit on the nose is cut wide open with chopped green herbs and lifting mint. Anise-speckled blackberry juice dominates the palate. It proves to be a very flavorful wine that stays light on the tongue.
