Zenaida Cellars 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Templeton Gap District)

Prominent aromas of black cherry and blackberry meet with toasty cedar and roasted meats on the nose of this bottling. The palate is very fruit forward, with blackberry-juice and jam tones leading the way. The sneak-attack tannins slowly soak in, becoming more rigid by the finish, where more woody flavors arise.
