Very chalky aromas of lime skins, lemon rinds and a touch of Gala apple flesh makes for an inviting nose to this estate bottling. The palate picks up the region's telltale sea salt flavors, which give savory depth to the seared lemon rind flavors. The acidity and texture are both firm.
