  • Sam Bilbro Sam’s creation, Idlewild Wines, makes hard-to-find, Piedmontese-style wines like Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Cortese, Arneis and Barbera.
  • Scot Bilbro Chris Bilbro’s middle son, Scot, decided to take over the family business. Marietta is a longtime producer of value red table wines like Old Vine Red.

  • Brianne Day Not only is Day a winemaker for her namesake label, Day Wines, but she’s also the visionary behind Day Camp, a stunning tasting room and cooperative winery.
  • David Dolginow and Colin Davis It’s easy to understand Davis and Dolginow’s dedication when you savor their tasty ciders, but they’re also passionate about restoring lost apple varieties.
  • Mikey Giugni Though only on his eighth harvest at Scar of the Sea, Giugni is already a major influence in the Central Coast beverage game.
