In his role as beverage director of multiple St. Louis venues, Wiggins focuses on small producers and oft-overlooked spirits. Lazy Tiger, a quirky venue with experimental cocktails, was slated to open just as pandemic concerns shuttered most bars. Wiggins describes it as his “dream bar,” with a focus on agave and gin drinks, as well as “sustainability, efficiency and fun.” Charity is also central to his formula. Each December, he runs a “Cocktails for a Cause” menu with proceeds from donated to the St. Louis Family Gift Drive, a charity founded by his mother that provides gifts and essentials to families with special needs children.
