Beverage Director, Rosa Mexicano and Masa y Agave
A certified mezcalier, Greenleaf has worked tirelessly to advance awareness of agave spirits. Greenleaf curates more than 400 agave spirits at Tribeca’s Masa y Agave, among the largest selections in New York City. She has also put together the “Agave Bible,” a comprehensive guide to every bottle in each restaurant’s collection. Prior to joining the Rosa Mexicano restaurant group, Greenleaf spent several years as the groundbreaking “Tequila librarian” for Richard Sandoval’s chain of restaurants, where she emphasized agave spirits education.
