Hospitality was an integral part of Younes’s upbringing in Lebanon. He was taught to honor guests, and those skills have helped propel his career. He’s worked in the dining rooms of renowned hotels around the world, where he’s risen quickly through the ranks. In 2008, Younes joined Crystal Springs Resort and the property’s iconic Restaurant Latour, growing the cellar from 38,000 to 105,000, and invigorating the beverage program overall. The collection now includes more than 6,000 labels and an impressive collection of rare and prized wines.
