Bringing new life to Napa’s scene

Named for an old Latin word for the end of the workday, Compline is a dream come true for Stetins. It’s a gathering spot for Napa’s wine savvy and pour curious to enjoy a full nightly menu, a retail bottle shop and classes led by a master sommelier. Previously, Stetins worked with the late Chef Charlie Trotter as wine director in Chicago and at Restaurant Charlie in Las Vegas. He then ventured to California to work at Redd-Napa, Redd Wood and the Ritz-Carlton before he opened Compline with partner Matt Stamp.
