Vengroff began her career in the heart of the New York City craft cocktail movement, where she gained experience at storied venues like Pegu Club and Painkiller. Three years ago, she joined The Spare Room, a bowling alley/cocktail bar in The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in L.A. Vengroff also runs the bar programs at Winsome and Genghis Cohen, a New York-styled Chinese restaurant. She is a National Speed Rack Champion, a speed-bartending competition that raises thousands of dollars for breast cancer research.
