Top-scoring wines nearly twice her age
Bourcier started in the wine industry at 18 as part of the first graduating class at Walla Walla Community College’s Center for Enology & Viticulture. After stints in Paso Robles and Mendoza, she was hired at high-flying Cayuse Vineyards in 2008. Over the last decade, she has helped create more than 60 wines that have scored 95 points or above, while her own La Rata brand has earned cult status.
