Founder/Cidermaker, WildCraft Cider Works, Eugene, OR

          What grows together, goes together

Kelly founded WildCraft Cider Works with the intent to focus on the bounty of the Willamette Valley. He sources apples, pears and botanicals within a 30-mile radius to craft ciders and perries using native yeast. An advocate for the use of all available resources, this often means fruit from fallow or wild orchards that have long been untended gets used. The resulting beverages are not only unique to the region, but bring new life to forgotten fruit.
