Lifting Up the Lesser-Known

As owner and wine director of Ardesia Wine Bar in Hell’s Kitchen, Mandy Oser’s goal has always been to create a fun, informative and inclusive environment for guests and employees alike. The focus of her wine selections is highlighting the lesser known and underappreciated—including women-led wine brands, wines that give back to a charitable cause, hidden-gem wine regions, and those experimenting with unique winemaking.

Oser’s endeavors have led her to be a role model for the industry and in 2022 she spoke at the Women in Wine Leadership Symposium. Ardesia is also the official hospitality partner of the new Irish Arts Center in Hell’s Kitchen and hosted Blaine Ashley’s (WE 40 Tastemaker) Fizz Fights Cancer benefit event in partnership with The Fizz Is Female.
