CPK overhauled its beverage program, embracing seasonal, ingredient-driven cocktails and boutique wine selections—improvements that resulted in a significant sales lift, she says. Beyond changing up the chain’s drink offerings, Ceraolo is known for savvy social media campaigns, such as a pizza-dough scavenger hunt timed to coincide with March Madness.
