Callahan fell in love with wine young. At 17, he began work for a wine merchant in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, where he oversaw the cellar and organized wine tastings. Now a Master Sommelier, Callahan manages the beverage programs of three restaurants: Grill 23 & Bar, Post 390 and Harvest. His unique wine, beer and cocktail lists demonstrate an interest in small producers and terroir-driven wines. He’s even introduced post-dinner cigar service at Grill 23 & Bar.
