A new format offers 12 courses for $125, plus $85 for wine pairings at this 22-seat restaurant. Guests are greeted with a Champagne flute and depart with a gourmet goodie bag.
From the sommelier: “With the abundance of amazing seafood we have here in Charleston, we continue to build the wine list with bright and fresh whites, along with balanced and elegant reds. Over the last 10 years, we’ve seen the pool of drinkers expand into the younger generation, which has provided a broader spectrum of more educated consumers. They are exploring new areas, but also pay homage to the old guard. There isn’t a wine that is too esoteric or too traditional. People are drinking it all, and it makes the job that much more fun.” –Garth Herr
