Wine Director Kathryn Coker has recently added a number of back-vintage and high-end trophy wines. Yet, the list still favors small, independent producers, just as Chef Jeremy Fox’s food applauds farmers and fishermen.

Chef Jeremy Fox has such a special way with vegetables; he just came out with a cookbook on the subject.
