Pavle Milic, a co-owner and FnB’s wine director, even has his own Arizona wine label, Los Milics. Charleen Badman’s dishes are inspired by local farms. Arizona is the fourth largest fruit- and vegetable- producing state, behind only Washington, California and Florida. Badman’s menu is primarily vegetarian, with plenty of options for meat eaters.
