French cuisine through a California lens reaches a zenith here. The recent opening of an adjacent wine bar, Bar Crenn, offers Dominique Crenn’s vision (and that of her wine director, Matt Montrose) in a more accessible—but no less luxe—environment that’s meant to evoke her living room.
