“Farm-made modern” is the tagline at Bisl, which brings global influences to Montana ingredients. Its broad but carefully chosen biodynamic wine list may be the only one in Montana with only a single Cabernet Sauvignon (and it’s from Languedoc-Roussillon).
From The Sommelier: “For me right now in the world of wine I’m personally excited about California. In the past year, I’ve seen more natural-style wines coming out of our backyard. When we first opened, our list was mostly Old World wines from France, Georgia, Italy, and Spain, but now half of our list is New World.” —Davey Rabinowitz, Bisl
