This buzzing wine bar and restaurant shifted to at-home experiences as the pandemic unfolded. Wine club memberships increased more than fivefold as it started offering virtual wine dinners, which will continue post-Covid, where attendees enjoy a chef-prepared dinner with paired wines guided by a winery or restaurant representative.
As indoor dining resumes, the restaurant is finding that people want more meaningful experiences, and are deeply exploring the wine cellar, which includes a large number of back vintages.
“The past 14 months have been filled with lessons in patience, adaptability, camaraderie and grit,” says Sallie Long, manager of operations and special events. “But more than all, these past 14 months have held a great and heartwarming reminder of how deeply our community wants and desires to support each other.”
