From the Sommelier: “I am very excited about the Grower Champagnes. These are growers that have been selling grapes to the most famous Champagne houses for 20 to 100 years or more. Now they’re producing some unique, very small production champagnes, like J.L. Vergnon Conversation Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru Brut, NV.” —Mario Ortiz, The Firehouse
