Executive Chef Christopher Gross and Wine Director and CEO Paola Embry like to keep things fresh, with an all-new kitchen suite, including a chef’s table, updated outdoor dining space and wine-cellar with space for a private dinner. The wine list offers more than 800 bottles and rotating by-the-glass selections like Dom Pérignon 2006 or Kosta Browne 2015 Pinot Noir.

From The Sommelier: “The big surprise has been Champagne and sparkling wine sales, both in the traditional fourth quarter holiday sales period as well as throughout the year. This past November and December we moved copious amounts of Dom Perignon 2006 by the glass at $55 a glass! Right now, our number one Champagne is NV Delamotte Brut, and people can’t get enough of it. People are starting to drink sparkling wine from around the globe—it’s a trend that is on the rise, and here to stay!” —Paola Embry, Geordie’s at the Wrigley Mansion
