Responsibly sourced ingredients and sustainably farmed wines star in this family-style celebration of Central Coast eating and drinking. Frequent winemaker meet-and-greets and an extensively trained staff add to the guest experience.
From the Sommelier: “We are located in the center of one of the most innovative emerging wine regions of the world, so it’s exciting for us to have personal relationships with winemakers who are pushing the envelope. We have noticed a shift in guest palates towards lighter, brighter flavor profiles and our menu and wine list both reflect that. Many of our local winemakers are producing wines in 100% stainless steel with higher acidity and freshness. We have found that these wines pair beautifully with the abundant produce coming from the Central Coast.” —Lunden Desmond, The Lark
