“We choose to support small-scale, family wineries,” says Wine Director Jim Lunchick. The restaurant’s expansive list complements Executive Chef Vince McCarthy’s modern Hawaiian cuisine. The restaurant has also launched a wine flight program, offering themed groups of four two-ounce pours every day.
