The two-Michelin-starred Oriole continues to dazzle with Chef Noah Sandoval’s dynamic tasting menus. Wine Director Aaron McManus added 100 labels to the Old World-leaning list in the last year alone, and offers both standard and Reserve pairing options. Teetotalers will enjoy mixologist Julia Momose’s seasonal “spirit free” pairing.
From the Sommelier: “Despite my predilection for Burgundian Pinot Noir, I have become very excited about German Spätburgunder and have enjoyed sharing this with my guests. Spätburgunders offer an alternative to the more expensive Pinot Noirs from France while continuing to provide a lighter, red fruit driven, easy drinking red wine at a more appealing and affordable price point.” —Aaron McManus, Oriole
