This longtime fave has doubled the size of its bottle list to more than 550 offerings, with nearly 150 by-the-glass options. While Wine Director Alan Beasey originally focused on classic Old World wines to match the Mediterranean menu, there’s now also a large selection of domestic and natural wines.
From the Sommelier: “I try not to be too dogmatic about anything on my list, but I do think the growing focus on natural wines—or just consciously-made wines with integrity—is great. These types of wines really echo our food ethos. Our guests are often looking for natural and/or organic wines, orange wines, and Pet Nats.
