This New American spot serves small dishes inspired by the cuisines of Los Angeles’s myriad cultures. To pair, an extensive and ever-changing list of wines is available by the glass, ranging from Burgundy and Barolo to sparkling Xarel-lo, with plenty more by the bottle.
From the Sommelier: “I would say that I’m most excited to see restaurants and sommeliers challenging the status quo. More often I see wines by the glass list featuring lesser known varietals or common varietals from less common areas. As far as customers, I am also seeing them branch out from their comfort zones and trying wines from regions or grapes that they are not as familiar with, it is very refreshing!” —Ben Teig, Redbird
