This Midwestern marriage of French technique and local ingredients continues to reign supreme. The wine program currently focuses on bottles from across the Northern Hemisphere, striving to highlight refined and compelling wines at an excellent value.
From the Sommelier: “I’m excited about the return of Burgundy & Bordeaux. A few years ago, they were seen as expensive, immature when young and under-delivering, but today we can source Premier Cru 2015 from Savigny les Beaune, which are fresh, complex, ready to drink and can hit the wine list under $100. Same with Bordeaux: Following a series of great vintages and a switch in the style of winemaking, we can serve terrific, elegant and powerful younger wines at an excellent value.” —Nico Giraud, Spoon and Stable
