From Appetizers to Dessert, Eight No-Oven Recipes to Beat the Heat

“What should I have for dinner?”

It’s an age-old question that never seems to have a straight answer because many considerations factor into the decision. What are you in the mood for? How much time do you have? And if you add in not wanting to turn on the oven due to sweltering heat, well, this question just got a lot more complicated. Searching for no-oven recipes can sometimes require sifting through sub-par salads or dishes that you’ll still be hungry after eating—but it doesn’t have to be like that.
