1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
Splash of soda

Lemon peel, for garnish
Pour Campari and vermouth directly into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, then add a splash of soda water. Garnish with orange slice and lemon peel.
Brugal Extra Dry Daiquiri

1½ ounces Brugal Extra Dry Rum
1 ounce lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
Lime wheel, for garnish

1 ounce cranberry juice
2½ ounces club soda

2 ounces Loft & Bear Vodka
1½ ounces fig purée (recipe below)
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Pour vodka and fig purée into a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a low-ball glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
For fig purée
4 ounces coconut water
1½ ounces Meyer lemon juice
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until thoroughly combined. Yields about 5½ ounces of purée.

1 ounce Akvinta Vodka
1 ounce VEEV Açaí Spirit
¾ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

2 ounces Oxley Gin

2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup pineapple chunks, plus 2 tablespoons juice
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until sugar has dissolved, then add pineapple chunks and juice. Bring mixture to a boil, then immediately remove from heat. Cover and let sit for two hours. Strain pineapple chunks. Recipe yields approximately 1 cup of syrup.
