Sam Ng, a seasoned bartender, favors this “Aussie twist” on the classic Jasmine cocktail. This gorgeous cocktail harnesses bitter Campari and lemon juice to slice through the grape-spiked gin’s juicy robustness.
- ¾ ounce Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
- ¾ ounce Campari
- ¾ ounce Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Add all ingredients except garnish into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon twist.
