- 1 lime, diced
- 2-3 bar spoons of sugar
- 3/4 ounces Agua Luca™ Cachaça
- 1 ounce red wine
- 3/4 ounces of passionfruit purée (Goya brand can be found in supermarkets)
In a rocks glass, muddle lime and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously over ice and serve in glass. Garnish with lime and sugarcane stick.
