This boozy broth offers an ideal way to warm up on a brisk evening. The key ingredient here is comforting chicken stock, ladled hot into a brandy snifter with Nolet’s Gin, a dry variety with subtle fruit and floral notes.

Ingredients
4 ounces hot chicken stock
1 ounce Nolet’s Gin
¼ ounce lemon juice
1 dash celery bitters
Carrot stick, for garnish
Celery stick, for garnish
Parsley, for garnish
Directions
In a snifter, stir together first four ingredients. Garnish with carrot, celery stick and parsley.
