Quick take: “This cocktail is interesting because it’s not super apparent that the whiskey’s there,” says Corcoran. “It’s more of a floral note, and the Yellow Chartreuse adds some really nice botanicals and herbaceousness. The honey helps give it a little more body and texture. I top this with Cava, since there’s [already] sweetness from the honey.”

Ingredients
¾ ounce Irish whiskey, like Power’s
¾ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
¼ ounce honey syrup (one part honey, one part water)
½ ounce lemon juice
Cava
Lemon peel (for garnish)
Directions
Add all ingredients, except Cava and garnish, in Champagne flute. Stir well. Top with Cava. Garnish with lemon peel.
