- 1 bottle Garnacha Rosado
- ½ cup mint simple syrup (recipe below)
- 1 ½ cups club soda
- 24 one inch seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 limes, each cut into 6 wedges
- 24 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a glass pitcher filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. Serves 6.
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup water
- 24 mint leaves, cut into ribbons
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir continuously over medium heat until well combined. Let cool.
