Adapted from a recipe by Tony Venci, La Femme Bar, MGM Grand Hotel, Las Vegas
- 1-1/2 ounces Hennessy Cognac
- 1-1/2 ounces Navan liqueur
- 3/4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- 3/4 ounce Chai tea
- 1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake for approximately 15 seconds, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
