Non-Alcoholic Riverine & Tonic Cocktail Recipe

Like gin? Try: Amass Riverine.

The problem with some zero-proof gins, says Natasha David, NYC bartender and author of Drink Lightly, is that some are missing the “oomph,” meaning the texture a full-proof spirit provides. While she praises the “beautiful, piney quality” of super-herbaceous Amass Riverine, it also has the appropriate full-bodied robustness.

While this drink does not appear in David’s book, it’s her refreshing adaptation for a zero-proof alternative to the classic G&T.

Ingredients

2 ounces Amass Riverine
4 ounces tonic water
Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

In a highball glass over cubed ice, build the Riverine and tonic. Gently stir to incorporate. Garnish with lime wedge and serve with a straw.
