This tropical-leaning crowd-pleaser features Charanda, but in a pinch, substitute white rum. Note: after shaking, the entire drink—ice, cucumber and all—is poured into the glass, not strained.

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Uruapan Charanda Blanco
1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
2 cucumber wheels
Soda water, to top
Pineapple wedge and cucumber slice, to garnish

Directions

Shake all ingredients (except soda water) with a small amount of ice. Pour into a Collins glass without straining and top with ice and a splash of soda water. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cucumber slice.
