Shaken Lemonade

Ingredients
  • Shaken Lemonade:
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 lemon wheel
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ¼ ounce rosemary syrup (recipe below)
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • ---
  • Rosemary Syrup:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sprig rosemary
Directions

Shaken Lemonade:

Place rosemary sprigs and lemon wheel in a Mason jar, then scoop in ice. Add vodka, rosemary syrup and lemon juice. Screw on lid and shake. Remove lid and top with soda.

 

Rosemary Syrup:

In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a simmer. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat. Steep 30 minutes, then remove rosemary sprig and cool completely. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
