Shanghai Grind

Ingredients
  • ½ ounce Elderflower cordial
  • 1 fresh strawberry, muddled
  • 1 ounce Ketel One
  • Champagne
  • Strawberry, for garnish
Directions

In a pint glass, add elderflower, strawberries and muddle. Add Ketel One shake vigorously, pour into a champagne glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a ½ or whole fresh strawberry
