About the Vodka
New Amsterdam Vodka is made by California’s E. & J. Gallo, but the brand is a nod to the old name for New York, complete with an architectural-shaped, Empire State Building-adorned bottle. Relatively robust, it stands up well to bold flavors, like the strawberry, maple and balsamic vinegar in this drink.

Directions
In cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake well. Pour, unstrained, into rocks glass.
