Named for the last full moon of spring or the first full moon of summer, the “Strawberry Moon” typically coincides with the time of year when berries ripen in the northeast; sometimes the moon takes on a reddish hue when rising or setting.
“The hazy pink color of the drink resembles the glow of the strawberry moon,” Catapang explains. The finished drink “should look and smell like a strawberry milkshake.”

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, and dry shake (without ice) using a whip-like motion. (This will emulsify the egg and soften the strawberries).Then add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a coupe glass, taking care to strain out all the strawberry pieces. Garnish with mint leaves or other fresh aromatic herbs.
