The Leela Palace Martini

This lush sip from martini master Manu Mankiandan of the celebrity magnet Leela Palace Hotel in Banagalore, India, adds a luxurious touch to holiday gatherings.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Belvedere vodka
  • 1 ounce rhododendron syrup*
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce blood orange purée
  • 2 drops lime juice
  • *Check your local Indian market
Directions

Load a cocktail shaker with ice. Add ingredients,
shake thoroughly and pour into a chilled
martini glass. Serve with a garnish of gold
leaf.
