The New Order

Adapted from Kerrin Egalka of Dutch Kills, Long Island City, New York

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Crème de Cacao
  • 1 ounce Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Directions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and pour into a chilled 5 ½ ounces Champagne coupe.
