From innovative mixologist Jim Meehan of PDT in New York City, this refreshing beer cocktail adds an exotic twist to the traditional cassis/ale combination.
- 1 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
- 1⁄4 ounce Theuriet Cassis
- 6 ounce Saison Dupont Belgian ale
Add the Dubonnet and cassis to a mixing glass,
then fill with ice; stir and strain into a white wine glass. Top with Saison Dupont ale. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
