Zin Cup

  • 2 ounces Pimm’s #1
  • 2 ounces California Ridge Vineyards Zinfandel
  • 2 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 cucumber slice, halved, for garnish
  • 1 strawberry, halved, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Pimm’s #1, Zinfandel and ginger beer and shake. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with the halved cucumber and strawberry slices.
