Located in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, Vosnee Romanée is home to some of Burgundy’s finest Pinot Noir. Vosne-Romanée production also extends into the commune of Flagey-Echézeaux, and together these communes possess eight grand cru vineyards––––Romanée-Conti, La Tâche, La Romanée, La Grand Rue, Richebourg, Romanée-St.-Vivant, Echézeaux and Grands Echézeaux. The vineyards of Vosne-Romanée are mainly composed of brown limestone and clay, a heat retaining and well-drained soil blend that provides ideal conditions for rich and powerful, yet equally elegant and complex wines.
