“Rosé does really well in Atlanta,” says Wine Director Steven Grubbs, especially on the scenic patio at restaurateur Hugh Acheson’s buzzy Midtown restaurant. It has 18 wines by the glass and a bottle list containing classics and representative appellations, styles and producers.

Riot Dish: “The ‘Farm Egg’ is Carolina Gold rice that gets flash fried, tossed with various vegetables (depending on the season) and topped with a coddled egg. It’s like an uppity bibimbap, and we sell like 8 million of them a day.”
