 list from last year, the restaurant now boasts 1,500 labels. Look for significant expansion in Brunello di Montalcino, Napa Valley, Champagne and Franciacorta. Bordeaux drinkers looking to branch out can choose from selections made from the region’s traditional varieties in Italian areas like Friuli, Lombardy and Veneto.
